CHROMATIC CIRCLE is a year-long, queer-led creative program offering monthly, arts-based sessions on Saturday afternoons. The program is designed to build community connection, visibility, and a sense of belonging for LGBTQIA+ people and allies. Each month, participants are invited to explore a different art form, facilitated by LGBTQIA+ artists, musicians, filmmakers, and creative producers. Programmed by emerging artist Isaac Kozlovskis, each session is intentionally low-pressure, welcoming, and accessible to people of all ages, abilities, and levels of creative experience.
September CHORMATIC CIRCLE: Touching Wires Workshop
Join artist and educator Sandy Ma (she/they) in a two-hour workshop where they will share their practice of making textile computing interfaces through reflective storytelling and e-textiles. During the workshop, they will be able to plug their embroidery into Sandy’s Touching Wires synthesiser system and make sounds with their creations. Participants will be able to take home their conductive embroidered memories.
