The creative ideas of 16 young choreographers will come to life on stage in the 40th integration of Fresh Funk’s Young Choreographers Initiative in May. Drawn from personal experience, observations of the world, and popular culture, this showcase of original work is an opportunity peak inside the creative minds of these aspiring young creatives. Performed by duos, small ensembles, and one solo work, audiences will laugh out loud, rest in reflection, and be mesmerized and entertained as they explore the inspirations and challenges faced by young people.
