I consent to Tuggeranong Arts Centre using, storing and publishing my images, photographs and/or videos in any of its publication materials (including gallery display, written, electronic, multimedia) for distribution, in print, on TAC website and/or social media channels for educational, promotional or reporting purposes. Tuggeranong Arts Centre acknowledges that copyright remains with the creators and that correct acknowledgement will be made, where possible.

I am aware that any information published on the Internet is accessible to users from all over the world, that it will be indexed by search engines and that it may be copied and used by any web user. Once published on the Internet the Tuggeranong Arts Centre has no control over its subsequent use and disclosure.

I also acknowledge that I waive the right to inspect or approve finished photography, videos, advertising copy, online or printed materials and that I am not entitled to any remuneration, royalties or any other payment from the Tuggeranong Arts Centre in respect to the use of the photographs and/or videos

I indemnify Tuggeranong Arts Centre from any loss, damage, cost, expense or claim arising out of the use of any image voice or other information, including action for defamation, libellous material, breach of privacy or copyright.
