Details

Join intrepid jazz adventurers and Tuggeranong Arts Centre regulars Rachael Thoms (vocals), Lachlan Coventry (guitar), and Chris Pound (bass) for an evening of spontaneous and interactive creativity.

Following the success of “post-it-note” requests from their last Lakeside at 5 event, the trio will be doing it again and inviting the audience to write your favourite jazz tune on a “post-it-note” for the band to play.

Last time, requests included everything from the Gershwin classic, Summertime to Nirva’s Smell’s Like Teen Spirit. And because the trio didn’t get through them all of the requests last time, they’ll be doing shorter renditions so they can play even more requests!

Expect some impromptu instrument swapping and other little surprises too!
