Meet the monsters: some bite, some hug, and some just sit there awkwardly—but each one has something to say. Felted Fiends and Friendly Beasts is a celebration of youthful resilience, complexity, thoughtfulness, and creativity. Over the past year, participants have brought their imaginations to life through fabric monsters, comics, dioramas, polymer clay creatures, and wire sculptures.

Each creation speaks to feelings that aren’t always easy to put into words. So come explore the exhibition—and maybe even befriend one of our fiends, monsters, and beasts.
