Pixel and Thread is an exhibition showcasing the diverse ways digital technology can enhance creativity for textile artists and makers. The Networks Australia artists experiment with technologies like artificial intelligence, photography, programming, and automation, skillfully weaving them into their textile creations.

This exhibition includes works from Angela Coleman, Beverly Moxon, Carol Cooke, Dotti Le Sage, Janet Long, Josie Cosgrove, Karyn Fearnside, Liz Perry, Monique van Nieuwland, Ola Robertson, Pinal Maniar, Rozalie Sherwood, Susan Hey.

About Networks Australia

Networks Australia is a collective of over 30 artists based in the Canberra region and surrounds. The group includes established artists who have shaped Australian art through their roles in tertiary art education, as well as emerging artists still developing their craft. Members work across various media, including textiles, drawing, sculpture, photography, and more.
