Want to be part of the wonderful community at Tuggeranong Arts Centre? TAC is looking for volunteers!

Are you looking for an activity where you can meet people, learn new skills, discover art and culture, and really make a difference within our local community?

Front of House

TAC needs Front of House support to undertake the following duties:

• Greet visitors and provide them with information on exhibitions on display, arts activities at TAC and answer general enquiries
• Assist in selling of shop merchandise, class and workshop registration, artwork and ticket sales.
• Answer telephone enquiries, taking bookings, collecting visitor information, and reporting any issues to TAC staff

The volunteer role is rostered in 3-hour shifts – Tuesday to Saturday – with a minimum of one session per month.

How to Volunteer

Volunteers need to have a Working with Vulnerable People card (it’s free for volunteers and applied for via Access Canberra).

TAC Volunteers are essential to our ability to present exhibitions, events and activities throughout the year.  If you are interested in becoming a key part of the TAC team, drop into the Centre and have a chat and pick up a registration form.  Or fill out the form below.
