The Space is Tuggeranong Arts Centre’s premiere venue with stunning lake views, an intimate performance stage and a small bar. With a wide range of possible configurations, it is perfect for small corporate events, live music, comedy, rehearsals and training sessions.
Venue Features
The Space includes a 3m x 5.20m stage with professional lighting and a basic sound system. The balcony may be accessed upon request. A kitchenette is available as well as a paid bar operated by TAC staff.
There is capacity for 50 people, however this number may vary depending on how the room is configured. Lounges and armchairs are available for use, as well as trestle tables and round café tables (standing or sitting options).

Hourly Hire Rates
Venue hire is negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Prices for hiring The Space depend on the day, length and time of the hire and the nature of the event. Special community rates may apply for not- for-profit and community organisations.
Basic Package: Starts at $62 per hour
- Duty Manager onsite to support your event
- Tables and chairs set up to your request
- Small television and whiteboard available upon request
Standard Package: Starts at $95 per hour
- Everything included in the Basic Package, plus:
- AV Technician onsite dedicated to your event
- Access to the stage and lighting systems
- Microphones, foldback speakers and other audio equipment available upon request
Premium Package: Starts at $160 per hour
- Includes everything in the Standard Package, plus:
- Paid bar service (operated by TAC Staff)
