The Space is Tuggeranong Arts Centre’s premiere venue with stunning lake views, an intimate
performance stage and a small bar. With a wide range of possible configurations, it is perfect for small corporate events, live music, comedy, rehearsals and even book or project launches.
Venue Features
This mixed cabaret/events space includes a 3m x 5.20m stage with professional lighting and a basic sound system. The balcony may be accessed upon request. A kitchenette is available as well as a bar (to be operated by TAC staff for licensed events – charges apply).
There is capacity for up to 50 people, however this number may vary depending on how the room is configured. Lounges and armchairs are available for use, as well as chairs and tables (optional European café style or banquet set-up).

Hourly Hire Rates
Venue hire is negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Prices for hiring The Space depend on the day, length and time of the hire and the nature of the event. Special community rates may apply for not- for-profit and community organisations. Rates are from $122/h.
