Submit Your Own Images/Messages of Love

All visitors – whether attending the Gallery or perusing the website, have a unique opportunity to become part of the Exhibition themselves.

John Brookes, the artist states: “As a viewer of these works visitors have, in my opinion, a role equal to my own in giving these meaning. Works and motifs I see as positive may cause negative reactions among some and vice versa; some may feel that I have failed to depict their own unique concept of love.

“To that end I wholeheartedly invite the whole community to submit works on what love means to themselves – feeling free to express themselves in terms of interpretation and experience and in media used. That could be painting, ink on wood, pencil, photography, poetry, short prose, digital media, sculpture – the choice is open (I even use felt tip for some of mine!). Except for AI generated art… AI generated submissions will not be included, and all work must be original.”

Submissions can be made via the “Who Do You Love?” form below. Accepted formats for images are JPG, PNG, PDF and TIF. Written pieces can be sent as Word or PDF; or you can type directly into the Describe your artwork” field.

All submissions will be featured on a large scrolling screen in the exhibition.
